Join us for our next uplifting women’s retreat held within the beautiful domed room at Perth Yoga Studio, Scotland, and led by EVOLVE creator, Calista.
This time, the theme will be: Play! 🎨
And in the spirit of play we will be doing some intuitive art. No artistic skills are required here as we’ll just be having fun!

Class date and address:
Sunday, March 24th at 10am to 12.30pm. Perth Yoga Studio, 6 – 7 Rose Terrace, Perth, Scotland. PH1 5HA. There is paid parking available outside the entrance and the studio is located on the first floor. The studio is a 15 minute walk from Perth train station, with train links to all major cities and airports.
Exchange:

Special Considerations and What to Bring:
Please wear warm, comfy clothes that you can move freely in. Bring along:
Bottle of water
Journal and pen
Yoga mat and blanket (chairs will also be provided)
Eye mask (one can be provided for if you don’t have one)
Art Supplies such as coloured pencils, pens, chalks, or paints, and some card or paper (some supplies will be provided too)
Your ceremonial cacao is included in the ticket option. If you don’t wish to drink cacao or you’re new to working with this heart-opening plant medicine please contact Calista on CalistaAscension@gmail.com / WhatsApp 07414 716366 to answer any questions you have. Bags of cacao will be available on the day to purchase.
Due to the nature of the breathwork practice please consult a doctor (before attending) if you have epilepsy, severe heart issues, or glaucoma.
