If you are a creator, crafter, healer, or business owner we invite you to share your skills and services after class. If you have creations to sell, please bring them with you and we’ll have a little EVOLVE festive market, too. :)
Workshop date and address:
Saturday, December 16th at 10am to 12.30pm. Perth Yoga Studio, 6 – 7 Rose Terrace, Perth, Scotland. PH1 5HA. There is paid parking available outside the entrance and the studio is located on the first floor. The studio is a 15 minute walk from Perth train station, with train links to all major cities and airports.
Exchange:
£39 which includes your cup of ceremonial grade cacao, or £32 if you’d prefer to drink tea instead.

Special Considerations and What to Bring:
Please wear warm, comfy clothes that you can move freely in. Bring along:
Bottle of water
Journal and pen
Yoga mat and blanket (chairs will also be provided)
Eye mask or a covering for your eyes (masks can be provided if you don’t have one)
Your ceremonial cacao is included in the ticket option. If you don’t wish to drink cacao or you’re new to working with this heart-opening plant medicine please contact Calista on CalistaAscension@gmail.com / WhatsApp 07414 716366 to answer any questions you have. Bags of cacao will be available on the day to purchase.
Due to the nature of the breathwork practice please consult a doctor (before attending) if you have epilepsy, severe heart issues, or glaucoma.
