These new monthly gatherings are truly fuel for body, mind, soul and Spirit! Led by EVOLE’s Creator, Calista, and held within the beautiful domed room at Perth Yoga Studio.

Class date and address:
Saturday, April 20th at 10am to 12.30pm. Perth Yoga Studio, 6 – 7 Rose Terrace, Perth, Scotland. PH1 5HA. There is paid parking available outside the entrance and the studio is located on the first floor. The studio is a 15 minute walk from Perth train station, with train links to all major cities and airports.

Special Considerations and What to Bring:
Please wear warm, comfy clothes that you can move freely in. Bring along:
Bottle of water
Journal and pen
Yoga mat and blanket (chairs will also be provided)
Eye mask (one can be provided for if you don’t have one)
Your ceremonial cacao is included in the ticket option. Bags of cacao will be available on the day to purchase.
Due to the nature of the breathwork practice please consult a doctor (before attending) if you have epilepsy, severe heart issues, or glaucoma.
