There are times when we can feel life asking us to move, yet something within us remains stuck. We may feel disconnected from our bodies, uncertain of our direction or caught in old beliefs, habits and numbing patterns that keep us circling the same ground.
Our knowing hasn’t disappeared. The world has simply become very loud.
This year, I have experienced periods of real stagnancy in my own energy. I knew my passion and purpose were still within me, but at times I struggled to feel or fully access them.
Working closely with the elements and spending intentional time with Mother Nature have helped me find my way home again. Not by pushing harder or searching for another answer outside myself, but by listening to my body, moving with what was present and reconnecting with the living world around me.
Little by little, I have come home to myself, my aliveness, my passion and my purpose. These ceremonies have grown from that journey, and I am so fired up to share the practices that have supported me with those who are ready to experience this return for themselves.
Come Home to Your Aliveness is a two-part ceremonial journey through elemental healing and embodied knowing. You are warmly invited to attend either ceremony, although they have been created to work beautifully together.
Friday helps us cleanse, rebalance and reconnect with the living elements. Saturday invites us to listen to what is ready to emerge and give our inner truth movement, sound, voice and form.

Elemental Alchemy
A Shamanic Ceremony of Healing, Balance and Aliveness

When we feel stagnant in the mind, body or life, the elements can help us move again.
During this deeply nourishing ceremony, we will partner with earth, air, fire, water and spirit as living allies for healing, cleansing and transformation. I will share the elemental practice that has helped me move from stagnancy into a renewed relationship with my own energy, passion and purpose this year.
Together, we will:
- Open sacred space by honouring and inviting the eight directions
- Explore a new way of working with the elements to heal and empower the body
- Enter a guided elemental journey for cleansing, nourishment and renewal
- Use somatic movement to help the body release and integrate
- Deepen the experience through journaling and cognitive integration
- Gather in a sharing circle before closing with a blessing

Embodied Knowing

We live in a time when it is increasingly easy to outsource our knowing. Doctors, healers, psychics, and coaches can all offer valuable support, but none of them can replace the sacred relationship between you and your own body, consciousness and inner truth.
Even the constant pull of screens can leave us consuming other people’s voices while becoming less able to hear our own.
During this active 8/8 Lion’s Gate ceremony, we will come home to the intelligence already living within us. We will listen to the different parts of the body, honour what they are communicating and explore how to respond to the guidance we receive.
