This active ceremony will help you come home to the intelligence already living within your body.

- Listen to the body and honour its messages
- Explore beliefs and outside influences that may still be shaping your choices
- Use movement, sound and voice to free what has been held or silenced
- Work with intuitive art to make your inner guidance visible
- Identify how to act upon what your inner wisdom reveals

Please wear comfortable clothing and have water, a journal and pen nearby. For the second ceremony, please have some simple art materials and enough space to move freely.
