Procrastination doesn’t always look like doing nothing. Sometimes it’s doing absolutely everything except the one thing your heart truly wants!
You know the book wants to be written. The offering wants to be shared. The conversation wants to be had. Yet suddenly reorganising your bra drawer or cleaning every last crumb from the toaster tray feels overwhelmingly important. (Yes, these are my lived examples!)
This is not a ceremony about becoming more disciplined. It is an invitation to meet the intelligence beneath the delay, so you can stop fighting yourself and begin choosing from the truth of now.
The normal exchange for our 90-minute ceremonies is £22. From now on however, they’ll be a sliding scale to make the experience more accessible. Please choose from £22, £11 or £8 according to what feels sustainable for you. Everyone receives the same ceremony (and replays).

In this first Shadow Love ceremony, we’ll meet the pattern beneath procrastination with reverence rather than shame.
Together we’ll:
Begin with an opening grounding then move into exploring what the Shadow Love Pathway is, a process developed over years of working with clients and students, and my own procrastination!
Then experience a held inner journey to bring one subconscious pattern into conscious awareness, reclaim your power of choice and take a step forward.
Once you’ve learnt this pathway, you can apply it to resolve other patterns, fears, or subconscious blocks.
Please wear comfortable clothing and have water, a journal and pen nearby. You’re also invited to bring one meaningful, manageable area of procrastination. There is no pressure to force a memory, discover a perfect root cause or share anything you wish to keep private. You’ll have space to pause, witness or adapt this practice to best cater for your needs.
