These new monthly gatherings are fuel for body, mind, and soul! Led by EVOLE’s Creator, Calista and held within the beautiful domed room at Perth Yoga Studio.

Workshop date and address: Saturday September 23rd at 10am to 12pm. Perth Yoga Studio, 6 – 7 Rose Terrace, Perth, Scotland. PH1 5HA. There is paid parking available outside the entrance and the studio is located on the first floor.
Exchange: £39 which includes your cup of ceremonial grade cacao, or £32 if you’d prefer to drink tea instead.

Special Considerations and What to Bring:
Please wear warm, comfy clothes that you can move freely in. Bring along:
Bottle of water
Journal and pen
Yoga mat and blanket (chairs will also be provided)
Eye mask or a covering for your eyes (optional, but helps you go deeper during the breathwork)
Your ceremonial cacao is included in the ticket option. Bags of cacao will be available on the day to purchase.
Due to the nature of the breathwork practice please consult a doctor (before attending) if you have epilepsy, severe heart issues, or glaucoma.
